TX drive

  • Six force application areas (line contact) for strong power transmission

  • No driving-out effect (cylindrical shape eliminates cam-out effect) for a long bit service life

  • Good torque transmission

Raised countersunk head with milling ribs

  • Flush countersinking of the screw head results in perfect finish when installed

  • Less power and force required due to easy and clean countersinking of the screw head

  • Low surface chipping

Partial thread

  • Secure tightening in the top layer of wood ensures that the timber façade is securely screwed in place

  • Optimal installation

Cutting point

  • Reduced splitting tendency of the wood due to drilling effect

  • Chipping of the wood fibres

The wood façade screw is used for fastening wood façade profiles to the wood substructure. It is used for visible and invisible mounting and is suitable for both horizontal and vertical mounting. In this case, weather boarding or tongue and groove profiles can be worked with. The raised countersunk head draws the profiles firmly into the substructure, thus ensuring a permanently secure fastening of the façade. Milled ribs on the raised countersunk head allow the screw to be countersunk cleanly.
The user is responsible for design considerations.

The screw length should be approximately twice the profile thickness (depending on the type of wood and the substructure).
The screw head should be flush with the surface of the profile board to prevent moisture from penetrating
