With self-tapping screw thread and drill tip.

Securing wood to metal substructures.
The milling wings above the drill tip enable optimal connection of engineered woods to steel.
In damp rooms and outdoors, suitable materials or surface coatings must be used, such as fasteners made of stainless steel or hot-dip galvanised fasteners. (DIN 18360:2019-09).

The self-drilling screw helps to save time when attaching wood to metal substructures.
Drilling of the wood by the wings prevents the forced feed of the screw.
The core hole is drilled into the substructure. The wings break off on contact with the metal.
The first few turns of the screw cut the thread, and the remaining length of the screw then screws into the thread.
With milling ribs to facilitate countersinking of the screw head and create a perfect finish in wood.
In damp rooms and outdoors, suitable materials or surface coatings must be used, such as fasteners made of stainless steel or hot-dip galvanised fasteners. (DIN 18360:2019-09).
