The A2 stainless steel decking screw is used for constructing outdoor decking with soft to medium-hard woods on an aluminium substructure with up to 3 mm wall thickness without pre-drilling. When using hard woods, the decking boards/panels must be pre-drilled. Using this decking screw enables decking to be constructed with a very low overall construction height.

For attaching decking panels made of soft to medium-hard wood without pre-drilling to a substructure made of aluminium profiles with a wall thickness of 3 mm. Hard woods must be pre-drilled.
Not suitable for panels made of wood with strong interlocked grain.
For a particularly neat finish, we recommend countersinking the terrace panels; the aluminium profile is then not pre-drilled.
Using this decking screw enables decking to be constructed with a very low overall construction height.
Use our countersink drill (article number 65000175) on both sides to do so.
