  • High load-bearing capacity in cracked and uncracked concrete

  • Small drilling diameter and low effective anchorage depth

  • Fire resistance class R120

*1 For determining the permissible load, the partial safety coefficient from the approval certificate of ƴM = 1.5 was taken into account on the resistance side and a partial safety coefficient of ƴF = 1.4 on the impact side.
*2 For determining the permissible load, the partial safety coefficient from the approval certificate of ƴM = 1.0 was taken into account on the resistance side and a partial safety coefficient of ƴF = 1.0 on the impact side.
In the case of permanently damp concrete, the anchoring depth must be increased by at least 30 mm compared to the value in the approval certificate.

The use of a ceiling nail is limited to the multiple mounting of non-load-bearing systems in concrete: Anchorage with European Technical Approval in cracked concrete (tension zone) and non-cracked concrete (compression zone).
For this reason, the following applies to mountings with ceiling nail:
The anchor has European Technical Approval for use in reinforced or unreinforced standard concrete with a strength class of min. C20/25 and max. C50/60 in accordance with EN 206-1:2000-12
The ceiling nail can only be used in dry indoor room conditions
Suitable for anchorages with predominantly static loads (e.g. tare weight, fittings, stored materials) or quasi-static loads (e. g. façade constructions, railings)
Suitable for attaching lightweight ceiling cladding and suspended ceilings, metal profiles, perforated strips, vernier hangers, wooden strips, wooden laths, square timbers, etc.

Push-through installation
Create and clean the drill hole
Insert the anchor through the component into the drill hole
Line up and strike in the pin Check the result
Installation must be carried out in accordance with the approval certificate!
