Decking spacers are the ideal tool for laying out decking wood.

With the decking spacer, decking boards of different dimensions and wood types can be easily and professionally spaced according to the desired or necessary gap between joints, without any additional tools, with an even distance between the boards (4 or 7 mm).
The use of the decking spacer ensures constructive wood protection (avoiding or rapid drying of any waterlogging), due to the distances between the individual boards and the distance to the substructure required for ventilation.

On the start side of the first and the end boards, the spacer is broken off at the intended breakage point and used as a spacer for the substructure. The spacer is placed fully beneath the other side and the intermediate boards, and the board is screwed in place from above.
When using the decking spacer, approx. 16 spacers per m² are required.
