HiLo thread
- With the HiLo thread, it can also be screwed into particularly hard cement-bound fibreboards as well as wood substructures, lightweight profiles and metal frameworks up to 1.0 mm.
With the acoustic panel screw, acoustic panels can be quickly and easily attached to various substructures. It is almost invisible, thanks to its black, matt surface finish. The screw with HiLo thread is particularly suitable for installing on wooden substructures, lightweight profiles and metal framework up to a wall thickness of 1.0 mm.
When installing in masonry or concrete, an appropriate wall-plug must be used.

When processing the acoustic panel screw with HiLo thread, make sure that the cordless screwdriver is operated at low rotation speed and low torque.
A low torque setting on the cordless drill allows the friction clutch to engage automatically, which prevents the screw from countersinking too deeply.
Excessive pressure and speed can cause the screw to damage the felt support plate.
