Secure the defective material, label it accordingly and document the installation situation and quality defect via photo if applicable.

The processing of any data you provide voluntarily is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. This permits processing that is required to safeguard our legitimate interests. Our legitimate interest is to establish contact with you, our customer, to improve our consultation quality and make it easier for us to contact you with any follow-up questions. The data collected will only be stored for as long as is necessary to process your request and contact you. It will then be deleted. Additional privacy information, with particular regard to your rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing activities, withdrawal and complaints can be found in our Privacy policy.
