TX drive

  • Strong power transmission via six force application areas (line contact)

  • No driving-out effect (cylindrical space eliminates cam-out effect) for a long bit service life

  • Can be mechanically driven

  • Good torque transmission

Flat head

  • Secure hold thanks to high contact pressure

Optimised full thread (self-tapping)

  • Drawn flush into the construction material and requires low screw-in forces

  • Secure hold without anchor

  • Prevents the mounting part from being pulled out of the construction material

High-quality hardened steel

  • High breaking torque

  • Optimal installation quality

For mounting aluminium or plastic frames.

The frame screw is used for the tension-free, spaced installation of window and door frames made of aluminium or plastic with different building materials (e.g. pumice, block concrete, perforated brick, solid stone) as well as for wooden constructions with square timber.
The frame screw with flat head is used in particular for mounting aluminium and plastic profiles. For countersunk mounting in wooden profiles, it is recommended to use a frame screw with cheese head.

1.) Drill hole through the frame into the substrate
2.) Screw in the frame screw until the cheese head is countersunk into the frame
The frame screw is inserted via the push-through installation method. The full thread of the screw prevents the window or door frame from being tightened against the substrate during installation and ensures tension-free, long-lasting fastening of the frame.
